Your experience at Parker Place, in Parkersburg will be tailored to the life you are accustomed to living. Your apartment is furnished with your belongings and decorated with your cherished mementos. One and two bedroom apartments are available complete with kitchens or kitchenettes, refrigerators, stove, and a private bathroom. You are able to choose from a variety of apartment styles and floor plans. Meet Our Manager

The residents and staff members at Parker Place Retirement Community would like to introduce Jacob Bates, Manager!

Jacob graduated from the University of Northern Iowa (UNI) with his Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies and two minors in Marketing and Gerontology. He went back to UNI in 2015 to begin his second Bachelor’s Degree in Long Term Care Administration.

“I’m excited to bring my experience and expertise to Parker Place as the new Manager,” said Bates. “I’ve always loved working with seniors and saw a perfect fit for myself and the community.”

In his free time, Bates enjoys playing basketball and softball, going fishing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Feel free to stop by and say ‘hello’ to Jacob!
